I should know Zatarina better than I do, as we were both Parrian, and now both Mercinean, but we are rarely in the land at the same time.
When we do meet, I find Zat friendly, funny, efficient, and hard-working. She can nag a bit but we probably deserve it...
Like Aphaia, Zatarina is quite a feminine character I think. Both of us spend our time mainly being supportive, caring, and creative, rather than focusing on attacking and killing people.
That doesn't mean we are not prepared to pitch in and help to defend our city and we have been successful in chasing off more than one city enemy in the past. I really enjoy it when Zatarina, Zyoska, and I team up against invaders; it is great fun and we usually notch up one or two successes in between dying lots.
I also understand very well how much guts it takes to keep going when you are not a fighter and constantly get jumped and killed. Zatarina has had moments when she just wants to quit, I know, but she is still here and she keeps trying.
She's probably a better Mercinean than I shall ever be and a great asset to the city.
