Really...some people need to grow up, and learn how to RP. You only lose when you  restort to personal attacks and pathetic measures such as that. Even Azeroth wasn't that bad. On a side note...I noticed this:

Quote
Temple Parade.
A sign stands here, reading "A child born on black wings - set upon this desecrated earth... To raise
it in flames.".

I wrote that when I was a Sorcerer in Thakria...was suprised to see it still there.

You wrote that? I think it's become a bit of a landmark there now. :)
"There is no pain... don't cry anymore..."
"If you want peace... I'll grant it as you've wished..."
"There is no fear... come close..."
"So that you can be untainted... I'll take it all away from you..."
Now there is no one else who can save you
There now, close your eyes" –Gackt/'Maria'

"I live lies because I cannot endure the weakness of anger, and I cannot admit the irrationality of love." –Marius de Romanus

Yeah, I used to have the shop that was north and upstairs from there. I couldn't ever remember where to turn to get to it, so I put that there as sort of a "TURN HERE". That was when I first went Thak Sorc.

Does the sign intend to say "raze it in flames," rather than "raise it in flames?"  Just wondering.

Losing a fight and dying is not my favorite thing but this -- yeesh.

No, was intentionally 'raise it with flames'. Fire, while to most being a symbol of destruction, to some of us is a purifying element, allowing for rebirth/strengthening.

One of my favourite quotes is, "Adversity is like a flame; it melts the weak and tempers the strong." So that was a reference to that back when I was a Sorceror, with a mission to make others strong through pain and suffering.

In any case, if it were to be raze, it would have to be something like 'to raze it with flame'.
