Hmmm...well...reading through this thread, I see where others are getting at with the 'clinging to power' thing. There are times when I question Salvador's driving morals over things, but usually I find him fair enough with matters. He's usually ready to help with many problems, and yes, is good with putting up with grumpy people....unless those people happen to be grumpy with the deities. >_>

I like salvador, but as far as the big picture is concerned, I realize that I know very little about him. However, as time goes on, I look forward to discovering more about this interesting character as things progress.

I think salvador knows my *cough* undying love for him.....

and I his love for me....hehe

He stands at my window ever night singing me his songs....... beckoning me to him......

......

you all know the rest, and if you dont, just wait until your next visit to Avalon,..... I am certain you will hear his song on the breeze, my name on his tongue, longing, wanting, the urge.....

Well I am a newer folksy than many who have posted.

What do I think of Salvador? shiver, shudder, quiver, RESPECT.

What else could it be?

Salvador.....hmmm.....well I would have to say that he is probably one of the more honorable people in the land. He is extremely loyal and so crossing his trust is definitely something I don't think he soon forgets....Octafino knows a bit too well. However, even with that said, I would have to say that he does act with more restraint than I think most give him credit (he could really be much more terrifying and awful)...scary thing is, I think he is as Narissa said, honing it down before he really unleashes it all.

I certainly dread the day that Salvador goes after us all, though hopefully by then Octafino will have learned how to eat some blackroot, move around, sing a few songs and do a few dramatics all while fending off a spam of attacks.

As far as RL sal, well, all I can say is Sam in a Harry Potter scarf is  not how I pictured the terror Salvador can be.

As an order-mate and someone I am lucky enough to call friend, I simply could not ask for better. His knowledge and patience with me have been an infinite help as I try and get on my feet as a non-pacifist. He has been my muse during recent days, inspiring me to continue to improve, even at my lowest points.

Salvador roleplays very well - scary and cold to those he calls enemies, and fiercely loyal to those he calls friends. He's resourceful and creative, and its always a treat to see what he has up his sleeve next.

Salvador..... always willing to help out a mate.... always raining death and destruction upon the enemy.... always knows what I mean (even when I don't).
Salvador has been a friend and mentor to Lightfucker since he's been a Thakrian and I am thankful to have him by my side. Nuff said.

Salvador was vicious as a Sorc... now that he's a bard, he's damn near unstoppable.

My first interaction with him was when I was the Springdalian Justice Minister and a Thakrian Avalon Ritual had come to town. As the um.... ONLY fighter in springdale, I was sorely outnumbered and was pretty ticked off when I got handburnt to death by this little halfpint sorc-type.

From then on I served him daily deaths until such a time as he became one of the most fearsome Sorcs I'd ever seen. Right about the time he reached his prime is when I began my hibernation. Now that I've returned we're on the same side, and I can say with certainty that I'm VERY thankful for that.

Easily one of the best fighters Avalon has ever seen, Salvador's only downfall is that he quickly bores of a place where no one will fight him and his enemies tremble and flee at the sight of him. Who can blame him? But I still wish we could see more of this fearsome (THAKRIAN!) bard.

I think Salvador is the best bard I have ever seen/fought. I am glad I am on his side, and I have no doubt divinity is an inevitable destiny for the greatest of all bards.

I have no idea how I will ever beat him in a team, let alone by myself. He is a B-E-A-S-T.

Also, he runs a damn good shop and can't afford those new cherub-skinned heels because I'm always buying from Salv.

Thought it was funny the other day when someone yelled that he was only good because his skills were overpowered.  :D

I have heard them say the same thing when he was a sorcerer. ....and a bard.... funny how his skills are overpowered everytime he changes professions.  I guess it is something he carries around with him!! His brain maybe????
