Sired on the 2nd day of Cloudburst 1196; I was abandoned by my birth parents in the dark and dank allyways behind the busy Chapman's Stalls of Parrius, Jewel of the East. I was later found there by a sly and sneaky young thief named Micheo and a wandering druid by the name of Tarian, whom took me into their home and tutolage and watched out for me like the parents I never knew. As I grew older, I was pressured by many citizens to find a worthy guild in which to donate my time and efforts in order to help not only myself, but my city and of course, my household. After inquiring around the city about the local guilds, and traveling a bit to find out about some of the more abroad ones, I settled my mind and sight on the guild of Warriors, rumoured to be a great fighters' guild of ancient prowess and reknown.
I waited on the doorstep of that guild every morning for a month, hoping to catch a not-so-busy warrior on his way in or out, that I might have a word and seek admitance. It was there that I met Mido, who later became my closest and most trusted companion. It was he that told me I would be accepted into the guild of Warriors, but that I had to wait for the guild master, Limorien, before I could be initiated, for he had not the power nor authority to do so himself on my behalf. So I waited, another month went by, and still people asked why I had not joined a guild. Growing restless at my impeding uselessness, I ventured out and applied to the mysterious Thieves guild. I was given a task to test my worthyness, but alas, I failed it and was turned away.
I ventured back to my city and sat around the Centre Square, a foul mood I was in. Upon catching my expression and apparent distressed mood, a friend I made a few days ago came to me and asked what plagued me so. I told him of my troubles and he gave me some brilliant advice.
"Pray, to one of the gods of your choosing, and ask that they grant you your acceptance into the Warriors in light of the guild masters' extended abscence."
It was a clever idea, and it never really hurt to try. So I prayed to the gods, and asked that one of them help me. I waited a while, but nothing happened, so I went home down hearted and finished my chores. The next day, father said a letter had arrived for me, with the sigal of the Warriors guild on it. Hurridly I ran and took the letter and ripped open the seal. It was an invitation! I would finally get to join the guild. After thanking the gods, I packed a small bag with some food and misc. things and bid farewell to my parents before I went off to train. On the 3rd day of Midwinter 1197, I was initiated into the Warriors Guild under the mastery of Warrior Limorien, the Drunken Sailor.
On the 20th day of Midwinter 1200, I completed apprenticeship in the Warriors guild and took the profession of the Knight. I was very happy and my family were very proud of me, but everyting wasn't as it should be. Our guild master was never around, and the guild was growing very inactive. I started to lose a lot of respect for Limorien, someone I considered a friend and tutor then, because he was never around to be either one.
