Quizzes you would like to see?

I will be restarting quizzes again this week and wanted to get everyone's thoughts on those topics you would like to see covered.  Reply here or msg Trakea with ideas.

Gotta get a quiz that Salvador won't win easily.  Hmmm, let's see.

How about a quiz on Pynchon's Gravity's Rainbow?  It'll be a low-scoring quiz but you might stump Salv at last.

Does that mean each will have their personal Rocket?!!

I'd like to see more Avalon-based questions. There is a lot of history in the land, and not just from HELP FIRSTMASTERS or dates of founding. The help files have a lot about mythology, but locations themselves also have fun clues about the land's older history!

I must admit, I'm no expert in Pynchon Algernon.  Perhaps you could guest host that quiz, and I could futilely search for a clue of what you were talking about?

Ooooh, gotta love a reclusive author!  Have you read "Mason & Dixon", Algernon?  By the way, love that your character's name is your real name.  It makes me think of Oscar Wilde's "The Importance of Being Earnest".    :)

Just had an amusing thought.  What if that reclusive author Pynchon - plays Avalon?  Would be one more reason that so many years pass between each novel. 

If we did that quiz and anybody gets a perfect score, we'd be on to him. 

(New topic: which Avalon character would you rate "most likely to be Thomas Pynchon if he played Avalon?")

I certainly wouldn't mind an all Avalonion quiz, not only to promote rp, but also to bring back to surface some of the ancient and buried history. A quiz perhaps on the many differant quests and areas of Avalon, old and new.

That's the great demon spider is it not? I don't recall where it resides or what it is meant for, but I do know that it is the great demon spider. I've never seen it, just learned a little about it.

Now you should know this Esprii... you were a Ranger once!

The sixth and final Guild Honour quest requires travelling to the Underworld and slaying it! (It isn't used for any other purpose I've ever been aware of.)

Though you got the lord of decay part right though... so maybe 50g... like you need it.
